To walk in the footsteps of the late (great) Steve Jobs who disrupted the global music retail business in under seven years thereby decimating traditional music shops and using the iPhone to purchase and listen to music, we intend to use iRecruit and the iPhone in the same manner in relation to the global recruitment of people. iRecruit will be the first fully AI based automated recruitment software in the world.
To Accurately reflect a candidate's real market value using the most sophisticated AI known to man which aggregates every social network, book read, podcast listened to, courses attended, work experienced, business networks, emotional stability and many other factors which go into us assessing the candidate's Veraciti™ Score.
To Empower millions of people to take control of their careers thereby earning more which in essence benefits society at large with volume wealth creation and empowering people to earn more and constantly invest into their careers using many different factors which work towards increasing the candidates Veraciti™ score.
To positively impact on the lives of millions of people that currently earn so much less than they should because of the expensive recruitment fees clients have been forced to pay which should be being invested into their staff which in many cases would remove millions of people from hardship thereby easing the pressure on taxpayers and the state.
By using our Veraciti™ score to increase their market value which allows companies to approach candidates direct without paying recruitment fees which will naturally increase their remuneration. We are also going to issue our members with our own blockchain token, the DVC, which will be secured and valued against 1% of our stock meaning they have real-world value which will increase as the value of iRecruit increases. They can then trade their DVCs against the crypto exchanges. The more the members give us by means of data, introductions and interactions on the site the more they earn.

Our CEO & Co Founder, Steve Burns brings many years experience gained with start ups.
Steve also brings experience in corporate finance having raised circa 3 million pounds for previous companies and returning decent profits for early investors.
He has oversight of the development cycle and helped to design the API architecture and he is also incredibly technically aware. Steve is a decorated veteran with substantial operational experience in Northern Ireland and in his spare time he is heavily involved in masonic charities. This is third project that Steve has worked with Richard and Andrew on.
Richard joined a hosting company in Cambridge as an apprentice back in 1998 creating websites for local businesses. Since then, he has been busy writing smart metering systems for British Gas, producing a parts tracking system for the DLR and developing digital solutions to move Rentokil Initial away from paper forms. His banking projects have included a secure document transfer system for SG Hambros and a remote device securing app for Barclays Capital. This broad experience with technology brings unique and innovative vision to the company. This is third project that Richard has worked with Steve and Andrew on.
As well as serving in the Australian Army, Tom studied Pure Mathematics the Univesity of Sydney earning a BSc in 1994. He went on to gain an MPhil from Cambridge in Computational Biology and an MBA in Business Administration from Cranfield. He has worked mostly in bioinformatics and currently works on cancer discovery technologies in Belgium. He guides iRecruit's direction in artificial intelligence fields such as deep learning. Tom is a Fellow of The Royal Statistical Society.
George is a decorated veteran from the Army’s elite parachute regiment. George had a viscous engagement with the Taliban in Afghanistan and his injuries were so severe he was medically discharged in 2014. He is studying for a CIPD qualification and, given his substantial military experience, he is responsible for the company's operations.
Andrew graduated in Interactive Systems Designs with a unique skill set of design strategy, user research, information architecture, front end development and information architecture. He has over six years' experience creating usable and delightful online experiences for both start-ups and agencies of all sizes. This is third project that Andrew has worked with Steve and Richard on.
